To Seth Yaroni, developer, and Ronald J. Russell of LWDMR & Associates PC, architect, for Washington Pointe, an 8-story residential tower located at 253 Washington Street in the Paulus Hook Historic District in Downtown Jersey City. The builders created a sensitive Postmodern infill design that compliments and transitions into surrounding historicist architecture.
